SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Faith & Anchor. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for a lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

An order is accepted only when we send you confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. Payment must be authorized and processed before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many products are prepared after an order is placed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests once production has begun.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Risk of loss and legal title to goods pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery.

The Services and their content, including trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, audio, layout, and software, are owned by or licensed to Faith & Anchor, Shopify, or the applicable rights holder and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Faith & Anchor is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer the Services. Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Faith & Anchor, not between you and Shopify.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Faith & Anchor or for claims arising from transactions between you and Faith & Anchor.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that Shopify or Faith & Anchor cannot lawfully exclude.

If an order is canceled after payment has been taken, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdictional rights that apply in your place of residence, you and Faith & Anchor agree that legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought before courts with jurisdiction in Wilmington, Delaware.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of protections or rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to you.
